New Markets Program Manager

In this role, I am learning how to manage programs and projects at-scale for a rapidly growing, real-estate tech innovator.  I am currently responsible for ensuring the successful and on-time launch of New Markets across the company's growing footprint.  At present, I work with a core group of about 46 VP and Executive-level leaders across 20+ distributed teams.  Using a variety of different program and project management methods, I help optimize processes and operations, facilitate communication and collaboration, and strategize to navigate and resolve any issues that could threaten new market success.  To date, I have helped the company launch 4 New Markets and grow its national service territory by 15%.

Education & Community Engagement Manager
Ballet Arizona

In this role, I learned how to maximize operations and achievement on a shoestring budget.  I created a department from the ground up and, during my tenure, developed and managed a portfolio of about 15 programs with a core team of 1.5 administrators.  My team and I provided programming and experiences that brought in over $1M in earned and contributed revenue each year.  Here, I gained vital skills in program management, stakeholder and project/program advocacy, community partnership, visionary leadership, and strategic planning and budgeting.

In this role, I learned how to communicate clearly and strategically, create and implement tailored performance improvement plans, and build/facilitate educational experiences for a diverse group of adult learners.  Here, I gained experience facilitating client movement through the sales funnel, managing a portfolio of clients, and motivating and encouraging clients to achieve their goals.

In this role, I learned how to work in fast-paced, high-output environment.  I gained experience leading a diverse team of people in service of a large company mission and high, stretch goals all while providing exceptional service to our local customers and community.  Here, I learned valuable skills in resource management, waste reduction, and process optimization.
